Hero sellers use different modes of shipping to ship their orders. The time to ship varies from seller to seller and is displayed on the product page. Please refer to the product page and delivery timings before placing an order.
Shipping charges are automatically added at the time of checkout. If you do not see shipping charges explicitly displayed at the time of checkout then it means that product price includes shipping charges. There are no other shipping charges that you need to pay besides the order total.
Customers can track the order delivery status under Account > My Orders section after they log into Hero. In case, there is a delay in delivery beyond the time specified by the seller, you can raise a ticket for the same and the Hero team will get in touch with the seller to find out the reason for the delay and update you on the same ticket.
